Digitisation

Digitisation is a topic that is gaining momentum in both departments of the association and will be indispensable in the future. In the association, the normative course is being set so that digital services can be launched in a targeted manner. Open, standardised communication interfaces that can be used across manufacturers and devices are absolutely necessary for this. The association is therefore working proactively with its members to develop open and standardised interfaces that will provide a solution for the entire market. Increasing digitalisation also makes it necessary for the association to increasingly deal with the topics of big data and IT security.
